Customer Reviews about Dr. Madan Prasad, MD
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This man's bedside manner is about as good s Nurse Ratchet. He was rude, condescending and just plain rude. Recently I had a seizure was taken to the hospital and DR PRASAD declined to give my medical information I needed for treatment. BUT then calls back 10 minutes later and says he doesn't know me. He's been turned into the Medical Board of abandonment of patient and denying the patient the right to medical care necessary for him to surviviveAugust 02, 2017by Stefano Banning
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible service, receptionist is just as baf as doctor. Got here an hour early and still waited 30 min past appointment time too be seen. Receptionist is very slow and lazy. This place needs more help and worse of all my dad and I were the only ones here. Docotor never greets you or shakes your hand like most doctors do. He never looked at the notes as he asked us the same questions over and over.June 26, 2017by Roland Phang
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I started seeing Dr. Madan Prasad in 2015. The visits are always 6-8 minutes max. The staff was/is friendly & helped when I needed to change appointments, or make them. Only had blood work done once that was after my first visit. Past neurologist would have had that done every year. Something that bothered me was that he never shook my hand, most doctors when you greet them do. He also said he doesn't refill prescriptions. He never knew what I was there to see him for, always logged on to his computer first & then would mention I came in for seizures. Would ask if I had one recently, how I was feeling. The remainder of the visit was him not speaking typing on the computer. Then a see you in so & so. He was ok not horrible he wasn't rude...to me. He also wasn't the best.April 23, 2017by Marisol Calderon
